From time to time we may modify these terms and conditions so please continue to review them whenever accessing or using the Website. If at any time you do not wish to accept the Terms, you may not use the Website. From time to time we may run competitions and promotions via the Website. Separate terms and conditions will be posted where applicable governing such competitions and promotions.

While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website, we do not guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the Website. The Website and the Content are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind unless specifically stated. Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All blog or forum entries ('Content') submitted by users appearing on www.realbuzz.com, or any of our partner sites 'the website' is the responsibility of the user or entity originating such content. realbuzz.com Ltd disclaims any liability with respect to such content. You agree that all information including data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content") are the responsibility of the person from which they are sent. realbuzz.com is not in any way responsible for the content provided for use; this extends to the validity and accuracy of the content. If a blog is not posted to within the last three months it will be removed from the front of the website. The blog will still appear in the user's admin console but it will only appear on the website again if another post is added.

User conduct

Submit 'content' that is of consistently poor quality or that is deemed inappropriate as determined by the sole discretion of the realbuzz.com editors.
Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose.
Conduct, display, or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, "spam" or chain letters.
Impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with, any other person or entity.
Falsify or delete any attributions, legends or other proprietary designations of the origin or source of software or other website content appearing on the Web-site or contained in a file that is uploaded;
harm minors.
Stalk or harass another individual.
Collect or store personal data about other members.
Upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains any computer programs or data designed to hinder, interrupt or destroy the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Interfere with or disrupt the website or any of its components, or ignore or disobey the regulations of networks used to connect to the website.
